Email is the most efficient method of communicating with me, certainly in the first instance as I am often on the move.  Note that whilst I will always respond to genuine enquiries, I have a very low tolerance for SPAM and always report it.

I prefer to schedule phone calls by prior arrangement. However, should you decide to take a chance and call me, do be brave and leave a message if you get connected to an answering machine service!
